Rooma21 CRM is an internal system developed to bring lead management, WhatsApp communication, sales activities, broadcasts, automation, and analytics into one centralized workspace. In this project, I handled the development of a Laravel-based CRM using a WhatsApp-first and multi-channel-ready approach. The implementation covers contact management, an omnichannel inbox, conversation assignment, sales pipelines, broadcast campaigns, automation, role-based access control, and operational analytics. The system was designed so customer conversations would not remain isolated chat records, but could continue into structured follow-up and sales processes that are easier for the team to manage and monitor.

SPRINT35 is a special campaign celebrating Inixindo’s 35th anniversary, combining a promotional landing page with a participant registration system in one connected flow. In this project, I worked as a Junior Web Developer, handling the implementation of the campaign website, training detail pages, multi-step registration form, data validation, and submission management dashboard. The system was designed to help participants understand the program, choose a training track, and complete their registration through a simple mobile-friendly flow. On the operational side, submissions can be reviewed, filtered, updated, exported, and followed up through an RSVP workflow after registration.
InixCert is a certificate management application developed to support the operations of an IT training and consulting provider in Indonesia. Previously, the certificate issuance process relied on scattered data, spreadsheet-based records, mail merge, local file storage, and several repetitive manual steps. In this project, I worked as a Junior Web Developer, handling requirement analysis, domain modeling, backend and user interface development, as well as automated testing for the certificate issuance workflow. The implementation resulted in a centralized workflow that connects participant import, data validation, queue-based certificate generation, PDF rendering, private file storage, and public certificate verification.

Twilio WhatsApp Usernames Changelog states that starting in June 2026, WhatsApp will begin rolling out usernames as an optional feature, especially affecting how users interact with businesses. When a user communicates through a username, the phone number may no longer appear in webhooks and can be replaced by a Business Scoped User ID, or BSUID.
