What gets built
Design and development of a Flutter-based mobile application prototype to help Rooma21 real estate agents manage leads, follow-up activities, property listings, owner contacts, property information, and sales activities within a single integrated platform. This project was developed as an academic Project-Based Learning case study covering user research, UI/UX design in Figma, Flutter development, REST API and Firebase integration, and feature validation through Black-Box Testing.

Rooma21 agents relied on multiple disconnected tools to manage prospective buyers. Lead information was stored across several Google Sheets, forcing agents to switch between files to monitor customer progress. In addition, there was no automated follow-up reminder system, making the sales process heavily dependent on each agent's personal memory.

Property resources such as price lists, promotional materials, and product knowledge were also scattered across WhatsApp groups and Google Drive folders, making it inefficient to retrieve information while communicating with potential buyers. Furthermore, property listing data and owner contact information were not centralized, resulting in slower operational coordination.
This project proposed a mobile application prototype that centralizes the core operational needs of real estate agents within a single platform. The main dashboard provides an overview of recent activities, lead summaries, quick access to key features, and performance statistics.
Core modules include lead management, follow-up tracking, property visit scheduling, property listing management, owner contact management, property information center, commission calculator, and analytics dashboards.
The application was developed using Flutter with REST API as the communication layer between the mobile application and backend services, while Firebase was implemented to support real-time data synchronization and notifications. Before development began, the entire user journey was validated through an interactive prototype designed in Figma.
The prototype successfully validated the primary operational requirements of Rooma21 real estate agents within a structured mobile application. All core features were implemented as a functional prototype and validated through Black-Box Testing based on predefined usage scenarios.
Beyond serving as an academic deliverable consisting of research documentation, UI designs, user flows, and Flutter implementation, this project also became an important learning foundation for designing CRM solutions in the real estate industry. The concepts introduced in this prototype later evolved into the development of Rooma21 CRM, a web-based internal platform supporting lead management, sales pipelines, property listings, team collaboration, and centralized operational monitoring.
This project is an academic case study focusing on the design and development of a Lead Management mobile application prototype for Rooma21's real estate operations.
The project originated from several operational challenges, including lead data scattered across multiple Google Sheets, manual follow-up processes without reminder mechanisms, and property information distributed through WhatsApp groups and Google Drive.
To address these issues, a mobile application prototype was designed to centralize lead management, follow-up activities, property listings, owner contacts, property information, and agent activity reports into a single workflow that is easier to access from mobile devices.
The development process covered user requirement analysis, user flow design, UI/UX prototyping in Figma, Flutter implementation, REST API and Firebase integration, and feature validation using the Black-Box Testing methodology.
Although developed as an academic prototype, this project served as an early foundation for understanding CRM requirements within the real estate industry. The concepts explored throughout this project later evolved into a web-based internal CRM system developed for Rooma21.
